Packaging Engineer
- 1. Responsible for the packaging design scheme and demonstration work of the product, conducting feasibility analysis of the product, and eliminating safety hazards during packaging, transportation, and use2. Implementation planning and execution of product packaging design and packaging structure3. Responsible for the confirmation and implementation of product packaging style, usage status, and elimination of safety and reliability inspections and verificationsConfirmation and review of packaging materials covering printed products4. Responsible for designing new product packaging and providing quotations, ensuring the output of packaging drawings, specifications, technical conditions, and other necessary information5. In order to optimize the existing finished product packaging under the framework of cost control and lean production, and meet the demand for continuous improvement6. Develop and improve packaging processes and standards, promote standardization of supplier incoming materials and finished product packaging7. Structural Engineer
- 1. Coordination work carried out during the product structure design and development process; 2. Plan product design schemes, execute and participate in external related designs, and complete the design, modification, and production of various structural appearances, packaging, nameplates, and labels;3. Follow up and inspect the progress of product molds and fixtures, and confirm the coordination and recording of verification work;4. Cooperate with project engineers to complete the structural design and technical drawing production of speakers, speakers, and speaker systems.Requirement:1. Fixture Engineer
- 1. Proficient in using 3D software such as CAD, UG, or SolidWorks; 2. Familiar with processing technology and material processing characteristics, possessing the ability to analyze routine product failures, etc; 3. Good communication and coordination skills. Job responsibilities: 1. Participate in the development process of new products, design and review tooling required for new product trial production and small-scale production; 2. Collaborate with project engineers to identify areas and functions for error prevention and error prevention during the tooling design phase; 3. Responsible for the design, drawing, progress tracking, and physical acceptance of new product trial production and small batch production fixtures; 4. During the trial production process, provide training on the use of fixtures and confirm their accuracy. Participate in the analysis of customer complaints or production abnormalities related to tooling, as well as the formulation and follow-up implementation of corrective and preventive measures; 6.
